This workshop has helped me put things into perspective and given me tools to work on them.
I love the “future self” visualization. I access her everyday! When I want to make a decision or want to have a broader perspective, I ask for guidance. - CW

Shifting perspectives topic was Excellent! Great Tools.
I am using the breathing technique and “the gap” whenever I am in a stressful situation. Instead of reacting to emotional triggers, I am stopping myself, taking some deep breaths and then responding from that more centered me. I am also using the shifting perspectives process. It really helps when you can view the situation from another viewpoint. - LM
